1. 您的设备属于被盗批次。

该设备序列号属于2022年7月18日从荷兰运往捷克途中被盗的一批产品，我们已立即通过多种渠道发布了官方公告。对于这些被盗批次的产品，我们将不提供任何有效的保修服务、售后服务或技术支持。您可以从我们的官方网站查询您的设备序列号是否属于被盗批次。

2. 其他

如果您的设备序列号不属于被盗批次，但仍然显示“保修注册失败，设备序列号已被列入黑名单，请通过此页面查看详情”，请联系Solax服务团队：service.eu@solaxpower.com
